Shaping Champions is a self-empowerment and skills development program founded by Mary Andalaft. The program began as a passion project following a near-death experience Mary endured during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.

The Empowerment Program is designed to equip individuals with information and practical techniques to reprogram their minds from limiting beliefs, and enable them to unlock and harness their untapped potential. The Empowerment Program is followed by a Skills Development Program that focuses on commercial, business, and industry-specific competencies to ensure workplace readiness and long-term success.

Once our learners have graduated, we collaborate with businesses to place our graduates in roles that align with their skills and competencies. In doing so, we provide our partners with employees who are polished, competent, honest, hardworking, and humble.

Shaping Champions was founded by Mary Andalaft.

Mary Andalaft is a Life Transformation Coach and Mentor with a deep passion for people development and empowerment. Mary is dedicated to uplifting individuals and guiding them to transform into magnificent beings through awareness, growth, and education.

Shaping Champions is a fully sponsored programme designed for individuals of all ages who are committed to personal growth and unlocking their true potential. It offers the opportunity to build confidence, expand skills, and create pathways to a more purposeful and prosperous future.

The Shaping Champions Program is designed to unlock the potential of everyday South Africans who are unemployed, yet full of promise. Many have been sidelined from the economy by historical disadvantages that foster limiting mindsets—eroding confidence, enthusiasm, and hope.

Our programme focuses on transforming these mindsets and addressing the deep-rooted trauma that often prevents people from realizing their true potential. By reshaping thought patterns and restoring self-belief, Shaping Champions builds new foundations for meaningful personal and professional growth.

With a renewed mind, acquiring new skills becomes not only possible but natural. And through this transformation, growth is no longer limited by circumstance—it has the power to exceed every expectation.
